DIY Bracelets

I am always on the hunt for easy but great looking crafts to do with the kids, and I stumbled one these

 at www.Henryhappened.com . They are too cute and seem pretty easy to make ( which I like when the kids are making things.) Stephanie Gerber's site is loaded with great DIY ideas. I plan to visit it often. Thanks Stephanie!

Princess Tutus

A few years back my youngest daughter wanted to have a princess party. So as usual I wanted to make and give something creative as a loop bag. I really don't like giving kids a bag of junk and I love the chance to get creative. So....we decided that it would be fun to give everyone a princess tutu and crown to wear at the party and take home. I found this video to help guide me.

And then I hit the fabric store and selected some soft pretty pastel coloured tulle and satin ribbon. With the help of my mother and sister we crafted 15 beautiful tutus.
